Josh Has done exceptional work for me and I continue to use him every chance I get. He is very efficient (especially on my wallet) and he always does more for me than what I ask of him. I would HIGHLY recommend Josh to anyone interested in any of the services he provides.

Josh upgraded my UBB community and added a custom entrance page to my community. He worked fast and did an excellent job,even when we hit some serious snags in the middle of the project.

The thing I love most about Josh is that he's always ready and eager to help solve a problem. When my boards are acting peculiar, need upgrading, or if I'm in search of a perfect hack, I know Josh will have the answers.
In the past week alone Josh
- upgraded one of my boards
- discovered a very obscure corrupted file on same board, and thus repaired a problem which had plagued us for a couple of years
- wrote a custom hack for another board (a hack which works perfectly)
- independently offered to tweak a couple of cosmetic features on a board to improve its look
- offered to help me find a contractor for hire to complete some other programming work I needed done
- answered about a dozen panicky questions about various and sundry non-emergencies in a very patient manner
I honestly think he's super, and wish I could afford to just hire him to be my PHP slave, programming me a better world  I run a few boards, one of which is very busy, and I sleep much better knowing I can turn to Josh for answers.

We are very glad we found Josh and that we trusted him with the modifications, installation, and maintenance of our boards.
Josh has done a great job, is always on time, is a pleasure to work with, and has a talent to put into words exactly what he is going to do so there are no errors or misunderstandings.

Like the others, Josh helped me on my bulletin board. Not only did he do the upgrade, but he helped trouble shoot the problems I was having as well!

Just another post like the others for anyone considering using Josh to upgrade their forum. I used him and he started work within the hour of me asking him to. Finnished it in record time and also some custom things I wanted doing.
Not only that he came back the next day to check everything was ok and tweak it if I needed it.
Now thats customer service for you and there aint many large companie that would do that for you. Well done Josh keep up the good work mate and thank you soo much for your effort.

I sent Josh a desperate message early on a Sunday morning, asking if he could assist in the completion of a transfer of UBB.Threads 6.2.2 from one server to another. Infopop's installers had been unable or unwilling to complete the job when they hit a snag related to the size of the forums database. With the forums on my site offline for several days already, Josh not only was prepared to tackle this on a Sunday, he came up with a smart workaround to the problem and was able to complete the forums transfer before suppertime the same day.
And, in the process, he discovered and fixed a configuration error that could have caused functionality problems in the future. This is the kind of service I really needed, at the time I needed it. Thanks so much Josh, keep up the good work.

Josh manages my site for me and I couldn't be more thrilled with his work. His fee is reasonable and I have never made a request he couldn't complete. I've never met anyone as knowledgeable about this board software as Josh. If there isn't a mod to do what I want he writes one! He is also reliable. He checks up on us several times a day. FreeConservatives.com couldn't survive without him! Thanks Josh for making our site the best political message board on the web.

We have a small print / pdf publication on Radio Control Model Helicopters. Because of the difficulties in a complex hobby, having an open forum on R/C helicopters is one of the most important ingredients to the success of our business. With this in mind, having someone available in the unlikely event of problems, or just upgrading, to keep up with the competition is equally as important. I first met Josh while posting some questions on the InfoPop forum. My questions were always quickly answered by him in a professional and friendly manner. To my surprise, one day I happened to read another post where Josh had upgraded another user. Well the rest is history. On my last upgrade to 6.2.3, the board was only down for 20 minutes. After the installation, he answered my questions and made some additional changes. In addition, the charges for his professional services are very reasonable as well.
I would highly recommend Josh and his services to anyone who is interested in a knowledgeable person who you can trust. Thanks Josh!
